Tt (mma friend) friend came to drill with me, i can learn from him since he's been on martial arts since around he was six years old,
mainly focusing on judo and tkd i think. At the time of this note, like 15 years. Learned a lot just by seeing him move,
shrimping and striking. Would be nice to have him again. |

First training with heavy punching bag, it seems good considering we did our filling.
Heavy enough for our purpose of limb conditioning. Only after a couple of hits, our limbs are red and hurt.
That's what i want, to make our bones more dense in order to reduce our changes of injury when striking. |

First lesson with web app i built. It's essentially a rng command timer.
Example for basic punches timer; you press play and it says jab, hook, cross, kick each sesond.
That's one loop, the words on the loop are played randomly before another loop starts.
It works as intended and will update it more in the future. |

I was planning on having to strike the bag with basic punches and kicks for 90 seconds at the start of every session.
We alternate each session where this session we condition shins,
so we hit the bag without shin guard and focus on kick technique rather than power still punches but focus on power.
Next session is the opposite, punches conditioning & technique and kicks with shin guard but power focus. |
